Zen Mind/Silent Dialogue is an on-going series of drawings inspired by my interest in meditation and Zen philosophy. Each drawing emerges from a singlular contemplative experience. I incorporate the element of chance by allowing the gold, silver, or copper leaf to land on the paper at will. Like life itself, this series reflects the elements of simple structure and random events.
