Belle Perez-de-Tagle is a Canadian artist who endeavours to capture the ï¿½soulï¿½ of her subject in her paintings. Most of her artworks portray diverse women of the world, from the grassroots to the sophisticates. Belle has a 5-year Bachelorï¿½s degree in Fine Arts, major in Painting. She enjoys working in all types of media, doing still-life, landscapes and portraiture. Her creative skills have given her the most inspiring and wonderful opportunity to work as an international consultant with the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), empowering disadvantaged groups to use Art as an influential tool for Literacy and Income Generation in poor and developing countries of Asia and the Caribbean.
