Giovanni Sanvitale is bound to the best traditions of the XIX Century. Beauty to him is still the one offered from nature; in fact, his pastoral and rural scenes are well known, like the paintings representing nice little animals and still-life, compositions with flowers and fruits. Versatile artist, he’s most requested also as a portrait maker, because he’s very clever in finding the various interiorities of the human figure.
